Sponsor and Funding
This award is made possible through the generous support of AIEF donors. Funding is determined on an annual basis. AIEF reserves the right not to offer grants unless funding is available. AIEF encourages endowed scholarships supported by gifts from individuals and organizations. Potential donors are invited to contact us for more information.
Selection Committee
All applications submitted for AIEF scholarship or reimbursement programs are reviewed and evaluated by the AIEF Scholarship Committee. Each application is assessed based on its completeness and the quality of the required components. If, in the judgment of the committee, no applications in a given year meet the established standards of excellence, AIEF reserves the right not to grant any awards for that cycle.
Reimbursement Scholarship
This scholarship provides a full RIMPA Live registration (includes most lunches and evening social events), three (3) nights’ accommodation during the conference, and reimbursement up to $2,500 to help defray costs for flights, transportation, meals, and other incidental travel costs. Reimbursement will be distributed after awardee provides proof of attendance.
Funding may vary annually. AIEF reserves the right not to offer scholarships unless funding is available.
Payment
AIEF will make payment directly to the award recipient. All payments will be made in US dollars by e-check or wire transfer, upon confirmation of attendance of the conference.
