Bill Testerman, CRM, FAI was admired by many of his colleaques in the field of information management. His work career included senior records management positions at Hughes Aerospace Corporation and he was an active member in the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of ARMA International for many years. He inspired many successful records managers throughout his career.
